tip from a TV progm "A morning wid Farah" its onair on Atv daily monday to friday at 8 O clock to 11 O clock where Dr. Hashmet solve the probles especially females probles.

Well u must use this tip,
Ajwayeen 2 table spoon
Kaloonji 2 table spoon
Espagol (Sabit) 2 table spoon
(Not Chellka)
Mathery 2 table spoon

Mix all and take 1/3 tea spoon twice a day early morning (neehar moonh) n before going to bed. yes Dont CHEW it just put in ur mouth and take a glass of water. Its really works.

Good for balancing your body, periods problem and reducing weight as well.

Methray are fenugreek seeds, and I think you can find them in any plant shop or any spice shop
