Apply a layer of hand or body lotion to the inner side of the cloth you are wearing, and also a little bit above the clothes you are wearing under the dress. e.g. if you are wearing a jacket which is causing the static cling, apply the lotion to the inner side of the jacket and also on the shirt you are wearing under the jacket. same goes for trousers and socks ... works wonders
