Make a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and glycerin and apply it on the darkspots to get rid of them
- Moisturise, moisturise and then moisturise some more.
- I make it a point to use a loofah while bathing. Your outer layer of skin becomes dead after 30 days.
- I eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and some amount of nuts to make sure my skin is supplied with enough nutrients to keep it supple and glowing
- I protect my skin from the sun always, even during the winters. Mix your sunscreen with your moisturiser and apply it; alternatively buy a combined sunscreen & moisturising product
